We had excellent reports from the Virginias yesterday as well, it sounds like the ice is still about 3 feet thick and the fishing was very good. Lots of nice rainbows and some brookies made a showing for anglers both

3.5 lb. Rainbow on Robinson Creek

Vulfrano Perez from Petaluma just brought in a 3 and a half pound rainbow trout off of Robinson creek.  Bait being used was a San Juan Worm off of a fly rod.
